It is a centralized unit equipped with brush-less motors (without carbon brushes). The filtering system is by two high efficiency and self-cleaning cartridge filters and by a dust and powder separator positioned at the inlet. The machine is automatically controlled by a computer controlling the power supplied to the motors (determined by the number of working users) and the filter cleaning cycles. The computer display indicates the filter maintenance, after about 1500 working hours; an audible signal will advise when the lower container, holding up 60kg of plaster powder, has to be emptied. The unit requires connection to a compressor with a minimum capacity of 150 litres per minute.

The control device RAR0140 allows to equip non-Erio tables with a centralized extraction, independently form their brand. As soon as the micro-motor is activated, its control board turns on the centralized extraction and controls the opening of the electropneumatic valve RAT0024. The switch ESCLUSIONE enables the user to activate the micro-motor without using the suction (for particular kinds of working).

 

The control device RAR0142 has been projected to be placed in Erio Diamante tables and can activate the centralized extraction together with the micro-motor. When the micro-motor is put into operation, the control board that powers it activates both the electropneumatic valve RAT0024 and the centralized suction. The switch ESCLUSIONE enables the user to activate the micro-motor without using the suction (for particular kinds of working).

 

The front panel RAR0148 has been projected to be placed in Erio Diamante tables; it activates the centralized extraction and the opening of the electropneumatic valve RAT0024 manually.

 

The control box RAR0150 is ideal to command the centralized extraction and the electropneumatic valve RAT0024 when they are connected to a machine on the top, such as a sandblaster, a die-trimmer, a milling-machine, a dry model trimmer etc. It allows to activate the centralized extraction and the opening of the electropneumatic valve RAT0024 manually. When you connect the dry model trimmer we recommend to use in addition the dust separator CICLONE, to remove about 99% of dust (also wet dust) produced by working.

 

The control device RAR0152 has been projected to be placed in Erio Sole tables and it can activate the centralized extraction together with the micro-motor. When the micro-motor is working, the control board activates both the electropneumatic valve RAT0024 and the centralized extraction.

 

The front panel RAR0156 has been projected to be placed in Erio Sole tables; it activates the centralized extraction and the opening of the electropneumatic valve RAT0024 manually.

 

The supply switchboard RAR0160 allows to power the electropneumatic valves RAT0024 with a 24 V supply and with a compressed air pressure of 1 bar. It can supply up to 10 electropneumatic valves in a practical and safe way, using fast couplings and connection plugs.
